Percy Luu, PHD, CEO

A neuroscientist by training, Percy has also had extensive industry experience working in assay development and drug screening for the biotechnology company Tularik and as a portfolio manager, advisor and technical consultant for biomedical startups Clearbridge Biomedics, Ayoxxa and Entheria. He was most recently director of translation for the Singapore Institute of Neurotechnology, shaping a spinoff company in the medical monitoring space.

James Robinson, JD, CBO

JR is Incando’s Chief Business Officer, focusing on all aspects of business development. He has over 15 years of experience engaged in intellectual property matters in the life sciences, focusing in the areas of patent procurement and assertion, transactions, technology transfer, and strategic alliances.

Cheng brings over 15 years of industry experience developing medical devices, optical and electrochemical biosensors, high-volume consumer smartphone sensors, and high-performance analog semiconductors to Incando. His previous startup experience are in neurostimulation, continuous glucose monitoring, and wound therapy medical device companies. Cheng has a history of working in innovative technology, with 12 issued U.S. patents and several more pending.

Charles Hu, PHD, CMAO

As Chief Medical Affairs Officer, Dr. Charles Hu acts as the interface between Incando Therapeutics and the clinical world. He is also responsible for the company’s clinical strategy and key advisor relationships.

Charles received his PhD in translational tissue engineering from Johns Hopkins University and was most recently a regional Medical Affairs Lead at AstraZeneca where he oversaw the product launch cycles of several blockbuster drugs. He has extensive experience in clinically relevant translational studies, medical affairs, technology transfer, business development, and serves as an advisor to multiple angel investors.

Reghu Kunnath, Principal Engineer

A biomedical and electronics engineer by training, Reghu has over 20 years industry experience in custom medical semiconductor, ultra-low-power implantable electronics, wireless power and telemetry. His past experience includes swallowable pill-camera GI endoscopy and bionic eye implant- a battery-less implant with wireless power and data for retinal nerve stimulation etc. He is also a member and contributor to IEEE standards and holds patents.

Diyana Jaafar, Surgical Technician

Diyana has multiple years of technical research laboratory experience ranging of in-vitro and in-vivo works. This includes assisting in large animal major/minimal invasive surgical procedures in operation theatre settings, running small animal experimental procedures, as well as analysis of acquired data.
